Deadline for Oswegoland Park District Preschool Registration January 31

Preschool Registration
January 31 is the deadline to be included in the As We Grow Preschool lottery for next fall.

To register for preschool, you must include:

• 2010-2011 Preschool Registration Form
  
• DHS (Department of Human Services) Health Form filled out and signed by your child’s physician
• $40 non-refundable registration fee
• Two proofs of residency if you are an Oswegoland Park District resident (such as a tax bill, current utility bill, or valid drivers license)
  
  

If you are moving to the area before September, you may include a copy of the contract of sale with your registration form.

The tentative start and end dates for preschool for the school year 2010-2011 are September 7, 2010 - May 27, 2011.

Tuition payments are divided up into 9 equal payments and are due the 1st of every month beginning in August, 2010.  The fees are expected to be:

$103 (Resident)/$112 (Non-Resident) for the 2 day program (T TH)

$144 (Resident)/$153 (Non-Resident) for the 3 day program (MWF)

$184 (Resident) /$193 (Non-Resident) for the 4 day Pre-K program

Civic Center, 5 Ashlawn Avenue in Montgomery
Boulder Point, Zero Boulder Hill Pass in Montgomery
South Point, 810 Preston Lane in Oswego.
