Lou Malnati's to Open 40th Pizzeria in Oswego

Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria will open the doors to its 40th pizzeria in Oswego on Monday, Feb. 16.

Marc Malnati, son of founder Lou Malnati, and representatives from the Oswego Chamber of Commerce will be at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the pizzeria, located at 2848 Route 34.

The Oswego location will offer carryout, delivery and catering services. The menu will feature Lou Malnati’s famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza and a wide variety of other items.

The Malnati Organization has had an interest in expanding into Oswego for some time, and is looking forward to joining the area, according to Vice Chairman Stu Cohen.

“We are thrilled to be able to join the Village of Oswego,” Cohen said. “As a thriving community and a great place to raise a family, we feel it is a natural fit for a Lou Malnati’s.”
