The Kendall County Salute to Veterans will hold its 8th Annual Military Hero Dinner Friday, June 19.
The event aims to thank and honor those who served honorably or are currently serving in the military and to acknowledge that their contribution to America’s security is appreciated.
Tickets for non-military attendees is $20 in advance and $30 at the door. All military people eat free. Complimentary military tickets and advance tickets can be purchased at HD Backhoe Service at 109 E. Hydraulic Street in Yorkville or by calling 630-272-0686. The event will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with dinner served until 7:30 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by The Legacy Girls.

The dinner is open to the public and will take place at the Kendall County Fairgrounds located at 10826 State Route 71 in Yorkville.
