The question:

What are your thoughts on a vehicle sticker system, such as the one Evanston uses, that would impose a “wheel tax” on vehicle owners? More broadly, how do you feel about increasing taxes on village residents?

No I do not favor imposing a "wheel Tax" or any other tax at this time. The village must do its part to work with the residents to help them cope with these economic times and the first step is not asking for another burden with additional tax increases.
