Woman Found Dead in Motel Room

AURORA, IL — A 55-year-old woman was found dead in a motel room Jan. 7, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Police were called to the Council Court Motel in the 1000 block of Route 30 in unincorporated Aurora for a well-being check on a woman. A motel employee had called 911 because they had not seen the women, who had been at the motel for several days, police said.

Anne H. Mally was found deceased in her room. Detectives are investigating the death and an autopsy has been scheduled.

Foul play is not suspected.
