Rotary Meeting Highlighting Free Website for Advance Medical Directives

At our meeting on Wednesday the 9th, the Rotary Club of Long Grove, Kildeer, and Hawthorn Woods will hear from John Kilmer on a free interactive website (medicaldecisions.info) which helps people make tough medical decisions or to create a personalized advance directive that every adult should have. (An advance directive identifies who you want to make medical decisions for you when you can no longer do so; and it flags the important considerations you want to guide those decisions.)
