Golf Courses Open Early - March 8

With spring-like weather predicted for the near future, both and will open early on Tuesday, March 8. Typically, openingday is on or around March 17. However, since the weather is unpredictable, especially during this time of year, patrons are advised to call ahead to either course to ensure that conditions are favorable for play.

“We like to open the golf courses as soon as temperatures moderate to the 40s and 50s,” said Director of Golf Ed Provow. “Early spring golfing presents its own unique challenges and benefits.  We expect to see golfers out to get exercise, to start working on their swing, and just to enjoy a nice day outdoors.”

The following Spring rates will be in effect through April 3:

• Monday-Friday: 18-hole green fee: $25; 9-hole green fee: $15
• Saturday-Sunday: 18-hole green fee: $30; 9-hole green fee: $20

Please note that riding carts won’t be available in March.
