Following a break due to the coronavirus pandemic, Edward Hospital’s grief support program, “Journey to Wholeness,” will resume in early August for any community member 18 and older who is grieving the loss of a loved one.
The daytime group will meet on Wednesdays, 10 – 11:30 a.m., beginning August 5. The evening group will meet on Thursdays, 6 – 7:30 p.m., beginning August 6. Each of the groups, limited to 10 participants, will meet for 10 weeks, followed by a two-week recess and the next group session.
Those who attend are asked to park in the North Parking Deck and enter the hospital at the Main/North Entrance. All group members will undergo a temperature check and health screening, receive a mask to be worn while in the hospital and be required to practice appropriate social distancing at all times. Group members are requested not to attend if they are experiencing any signs of illness.
