Naperville Resident Dawn Alpern Joins Established Interior Design Firm

Interior Transformation Inc. proudly announces its newest team member Dawn Alpern as the company's Associate Project Designer.

Interior Transformation Inc. proudly announces its newest team member Dawn Alpern as the company’s Associate Project Designer.

In her new role, Alpern is responsible for solving home renovation dilemmas with efficient space planning, custom furnishing designs and unique fixture selections. She studied interior design at the College of DuPage where she met instructor and future employer Linda Fougerousse.

“Our clients appreciate Dawn’s focus on creating a style and space centered on their lifestyles,” explains Fougerousse, principal designer of Interior Transformation. “She has a tremendous understanding that functionality is the foundation of great design followed by the aesthetic aspect to reflect a client’s personality.”

Drawing from her corporate experience, Alpern’s sharp organizational and task management skills are key strengths to her new career, especially with complicated scheduling to ensure that a project is completed on time and on budget. She enjoys exploring design styles from traditional to contemporary with the philosophy that “less is more.”

Alpern lives in Naperville with her husband and two sons.
