Rediscovering the Power Within, workshop series

Self-love. An idea that is talked about too little, thought about almost never, and hardly ever given the floor to speak. Self-love has been described as arrogant, selfish, and vain. However, until we love ourselves, no one else’s love will ever be enough. We will not ever truly be able to love anyone else until we find that love inside of ourselves for ourselves.

A four-week long self-love workshop series devoted to healing, acceptance, and giving you the tools to begin your own journey of self-love. For these four weeks, I give your permission to put yourself first, to learn about your passions and your happiness, and to cultivate that relationship with the most important person in your life...YOU!

We will dive into the depths of anger, forgiveness, and love to rediscover the power within us all.
