New Lenox Man Wanted on Burglary Charge Surrenders to Cops

The man broke into a woman's car in October, police said.

A New Lenox man wanted on a burglary charge surrendered to the police Friday.

Noah Rupeika, 19, turned himself in at the New Lenox police station. He was taken from there to the Will County jail and booked into custody.

Rupeika allegedly broke into a woman’s 2003 Buick in October. The police secured a warrant for his arrest last month. The arrest warrant carries a $100,000 bond.

Rupeika appeared in court Monday afternoon and was returned to jail following his hearing.
