Arbor Day Celebration
Celebrate the grandeur of trees and learn why they're important to our community and our world!
From Noon to 4PM at Bunker Hill (located at 6800 N. Caldwell Ave.), the Forest Preserves of Cook County will be hosting a free Arbor Day event, which will feature tree planting (Dedication ceremony at 1PM), climbing, caching, and identifying as well as art making, scavenger hunts, and tree growth monitoring. We want to make sure that local families are aware of this event, as it would be a great opportunity to get outside and celebrate the grandeur of trees! All ages are welcome!
