Flashback to the 60's

Students will have an opportunity to explore different creative outlets popularized in the 1960's! The first week  we will experiment with tye-dye, each person creating their own shirt with different designs and shapes such as spirals, guitars and hearts. The second week youwill learn the basics of macrame' to create your own necklaces using colored cotton cord or hemp. The third week, we take our macrame' skills to the next level and experiment with more complicated designs. You will make 1 T-shirt and 2 necklaces to showcase your new talents! Please bring a 100% cotton T-shirt for dying. This program is for anyone 14 years and older.
