Meditation and Relaxation

The benefits of meditation can be enjoyed by all ages, including those 55 and up.  Conveniently offered at the Niles Senior Center, one can participate in a meditation session. Led by Dr. Om Johari, sessions are offered the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month – unless there is a holiday. No experience or belief system necessary.  REDUCE STRESS – RELAX!
