Pilates is a series of controlled exercises that engage the mind and body to develop strong flexible muscles without building bulk. Each movement begins with the abdomen, focusing on controlling core muscles. Routines alternate stretching with strengthening. 7 Weeks   There  is a 7 person minimum per class
