Gentle yoga stretches and exercised can help manage pain, maintain circulation, improve balance and ultimately prevent problems. Allison Wilmes is a certified yoga instructor who will show you how to do chair yoga. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga mats not necessary.
