Homeless Man Caught With Pants Down Punches Cop: Police
Police in Niles say they saw the man on Octavia Avenue laying on the grass with his pants down.

NILES, IL - A homeless man faces an aggravated battery to a police officer charge after authorities in Niles say he punched a police officer in the shoulder after he was caught committing a lewd act.
Robert D. Hegbloom, 55 was found in the 7900 block of Octavia Avenue at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 11 “laying on the grass with his pants down, performing a sex act,” according to a report from the Niles Herald-Spectator.
Once the suspect saw the officer, he pulled his pants up and started walking away, according to the report.

When ordered to stop, he threatened the officer and punched him in the shoulder before being placed under arrest.
The cop deployed a Taser on Hegbloom, who was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
