Police in Morton Grove alerted all schools there and in Niles Thursday, one day after they said a man exposed himself to an 11-year-old boy near Oleander Avenue and Suffield Street.
Pioneer Press reports indicate the child was walking alone at that location around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, when a man driving a dark-colored vehicle pulled over and exposed his genitals.
“The man lured the boy toward his car by asking him if he lost $20 on the street, and when the child approached he noticed the man was undressed from the waist down.
