The Benhart family of southern Wisconsin raises cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, ducks and turkeys without hormones or antibiotics. At our market, Eric sells free-range brown eggs, chickens (roasters, soup chickens, wings, breast, thigh, drumsticks), beef (steaks, roasts, stew meat, 1/3 lb patties and ground chuck), pork (pork chops, country & spare ribs, cutlets, italian sausage, smoked hocks, nitrate free bacon, breakfast patties, pork tenderloin, smoked jowls, 8 flavors of bratwurst), ground turkey, and ground lamb. Whole turkeys can be reserved in the fall.
Eric Benhart accepts cash, credit card, check, MGFM Market Bucks, and Link tokens. Look for the big red truck and trailer in the southeast corner of the Market.
