Gyrokinesis Class for Seniors Offered at Northbrook Inn

Wednesday, July 12 at 3 p.m.

NORTHBROOK, IL (JULY 12, 2017) – Freedom Home Care is sponsoring a special Gyrokinesis Method Movement class for seniors looking to increase their flexibility and mobility at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12 at the Northbrook Inn (99 Pointe Drive). This class will be taught by Amy Pena, certified Gyrotonic instructor and director of SPYRL Chicago.

Gyrokinesis works on opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength and is a great way to help for seniors to stay active and healthy. The movement relieves stress, helps coordination and balance, and improves concentration.

The event is free and open to the public. Call 847-315-0263 to reserve your spot, or visit www.spyrlchicago.com for more information.
