Northbrook Inn Memory Care Center Breaks Ground
Senior facility at 99 Pointe Drive will hold 69 residents.

The Northbrook Inn Memory Care Center broke ground at 99 Pointe Drive in Northbrook recently with village officials on hand to take part in the ceremonial dig.
The $13 million project will be home to 69 residents and bring 60-65 full- and part-time jobs to Northbrook. The developer, Koelsch Senior Communities, has a history of more than 50 years of developing, building and operating senior housing.
The 30,000 square foot single story building is expected to open in February or March of 2016.
