Old Navy Coming to Northbrook

An Old Navy store may be the next business to open at the Village Square of Northbrook shopping center.

Mid-America Asset Management Inc. recently secured five new retail leases on behalf of shopping centers in the Chicagoland area including one for a 16,295-square-foot facility in the center at the southeast corner of Lake Cook and SKokie roads for Old Navy, according to REJournals.com.

Village Square, which totals 334,955 square feet, is anchored by Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s, The Container Store, Cost Plus World Market, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, DSW, TJ Maxx and Party City.
