Police: Two Drug Arrests On Jan. 11
A Northbrook man was charged with felony Intent to Deliver after handing over a bag of Ecstasy to police.

The following reports were provided by the Northbrook Police Department. Arrests and charges are accusation, and do not indicate guilt.
Possession of Ecstasy
On Jan. 11, police charged Yuriy Rusanenko, 19, of the 2400 block of Cobblewood Dr., with Possession of Ecstasy and felony Intent to Deliver, according to police.

During an investigation, Rusanenko admitted to police he had ecstacy pills at his house, and later turned over a Ziploc filled with about 270 pills to authorities, police say.
He is currently being held on a $50,000 D bond, according to police.

Drug Possession
On Jan. 11, Kenneth Biesboer, 42, of Beecher, was charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after authorities found a large Ziploc bag containing drug paraphernalia and narcotics in Biesboer's pocket, according to police.
Retail Theft
On Jan. 11, Kevin Kuhlman, 20, of the 2600 block of Cherry Ln. was charged with retail theft after being stopped by Dominick's security for trying to remove alcohol from the store, according to police.
Vehicular Burglary
On Jan. 6, someone on the 1700 block of Walters Ave. reported the passenger side window of his vehicle was shattered, according to police. A purse with some cash, a credit card and iPhone was reported stolen, police say.
Between Jan. 12 and 13, someone reported their car was burglarized while parked on the 3000 block of Floral Dr., police say. A JL sub woofer and 2, 12-inch JL speakers worth about $350.00 were reported stolen, police say.
