Resident Accused Of Hosting Underage Party With Alcohol: Northbrook Police Blotter
Police arrested the man at his home in the 2500 block of Talia Lane.
NORTHBROOK, IL — The following information comes from the Northbrook Police Department and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced. ARRESTS
HOSTING AN UNDERAGE PARTY WITH ALCOHOL
Yevgeniy Rabinovich, of Northbrook, is accused of hosting an underage party at his house where alcoholic beverages were present, and was arrested at 11:06 p.m. Jan. 24, in the 2500 block of Talia Lane. A court date of March 24 was assigned.

SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Francisco Moreno Ramirez, of Cicero, is accused of having a suspended registration, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 3:46 p.m. Jan. 26, at Willow and Waukegan roads. A court date of March 20 was assigned.
- Wasiu O. Jimoh, of Chicago, is accused of having a suspended registration, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Jan. 26, at Willow and Landwehr roads. A court date of Feb. 17 was assigned.

Abran Garcia, of Skokie, had an active warrant through the Illinois State Police for failing to appear on previous traffic charges, and was arrested at 1:09 p.m. Jan. 27, at his workplace in the 800 block of Skokie Boulevard. He was issued a new court date for his previous charge.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
- A resident of the 3000 block of Doriann Drive reported at 10:07 a.m. Jan. 23, her medication had been sent to her house through the U.S. Post Office. She received a notice it was delivered to her mailbox, yet when she walked out to retrieve it, it had been stolen. The medication was worth $100.
- An organization reported at 8:32 p.m. Jan. 25, that their remembrance sign that was hanging at the public display area on the Village's property at Shermer Road and Walters Avenue was taken by someone. The cost of the sign was $200.
IDENTITY THEFT
A Michelline Lane resident reported at 6:33 p.m. Jan. 23, that he had received a Verizon Wireless bill for an account he had never signed up for. After speaking to the wireless company, they advised him someone used his personal information to open an account and to receive an iPhone 17.
