North Shore Native Stars in Bravo Channel's 'Miss Advised'

Julia Allison, a New Trier Alum who hails from Wilmette, stars in a reality TV series that launched mid-June.

Bravo launched a new reality TV show June 18 that features a face some along the North Shore might be familiar with.

Julia Allison, a Wilmette Native and New Trier High School Alum, is one of three single relationship experts profiled in the show 'Miss Advised'. The series begins as Allison moves to Los Angeles following a break-up with Senator John McCain's son Jack.

Allison is "a journalist, entrepreneur, public speaker, social media addict and ostensible relationship expert," who graduated from Georgetown University in 2004. Her work has been featured in a slew of publications, from Newsweek to the New York Post.
