I-LAW says Illinois needs more jobs - not lawsuits
The village board will decide soon whether to approve the construction of a new cell tower on Oak Brook Road.

The village of Oak Brook announced Thursday that it dropped an ongoing red light camera lawsuit against IDOT and Oak Brook Terrace.
Some northbound lanes on Jorie Boulevard will be closed for a minimum wage protest Wednesday. Other lane closures may take place.
The red light cameras at 83 and 22nd Street will not be activated until the court reaches a decision on which town has jurisdiction.
The expansion would start in 2020 and could take up to two years.

The plan to issue over $1 million of bonds is not expected to raise taxes
