Bremen HS Students Participate in US99's 10,000 for the Troops Project

The goal is send out 10,000 cards to deployed soldiers this holiday season

Chicago’s country music radio station US99 had a hefty goal of sending out 10,000 cards for deployed soldiers this holiday season. Bremen High School’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) students decided to contribute to the cause by making cards of their own to send to US99, which then will be sent to deployed soldiers. “The students chose this project as one of their service projects for the year. They were able to make one hundred and twenty cards! I’m so proud of them for their hard work and dedication to this project!” said FCCLA teacher Mrs. Tanya Mack.
