Fall Business Showcase And Craft Show Set For Saturday At OCLHS

OAK LAWN, IL — Get a jump on your holiday shopping and a flu shot if you need one at he Oak Lawn Community High School PTSA and Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce annual Business Showcase and Holiday Craft Show. The show takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, in the high school gym at 9400 Southwest Highway. Admission to the show is FREE.

Over 60 crafters will be exhibiting and selling unique handmade gifts, along with 10 vendors and 20 local businesses. Vendors include Pampered Chef, Hempworx, Avon, Tupperware, Paparazzi Jewelry, Norwex, Thirty-One, Color Street Nails, Usborne Books and Scentsy. Walgreens will also be giving flu shots on site, which are free with most insurance plans, so bring your insurance cards. A portion of proceeds from the show will support students scholarships and Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD).

If you get hungry, by lunch or snacks from Chuck’s Southern Comfort Cafe, which has donated $750 to the PTSA, which will fund an extra senior scholarship.
