The cop asked for Vasquez’s driver’s license. Vasquez was about to hand it over when he withdrew his hand, rolled up the car window on the officer’s arm and dragged the officer through traffic, according to the charges.

Prosecutors said Vasquez was arrested the next day during another traffic stop. The officer who was allegedly dragged identified Vasquez.
