Oak Lawn Woman's Car, Kitchen Window Shot with BB Gun

An Oak Lawn resident called police March 7 at 7:28 a.m. after her kitchen window and her car had been shot multiple times by a BB gun in the 10400 block of South Keeler Avenue, according to an Oak Lawn police report.

The resident said she was home when she heard glass break.

The rear passenger window and the back window of her car had been damaged by the BBs someone shot. The resident said she didn’t see who might have done it, and she couldn’t think of anyone who would have shot at her car and her kitchen window, according to the report.

The woman said that in the past, on infrequent occasions, her car has been egged. She was told to report any more suspicious activity in the area.
