Final Farewell To Regina Hall Planned At SXU

CHICAGO - Alumni and friends of Saint Xavier University will have one final chance to see Regina Hall, the school's oldest residence hall, before it is demolished. A "Final Farewell" is planned for Saturday, May 4 at the campus building. Earlier this year it was announced that SXU plans to demolish the building to create more green space around Lake Marion.

The farewell will begin from 3-5 p.m., when friends can reconnect and tour the building that's been at the center of campus since the 1960's. Then, from 5-7 p.m., a farewell reception with food, beverages and shared memories of Regina's past will be held at Gilhooley's. Admission is $15 per person for the Gilhooley's event.
