This morning students enrolled in the U.S. Navy JROTC program at Richards High School assembled in their physical training gear to remember the victims and first responders of 9/11.
Despite a bit of reverb, "Cadet Liz Lagioia did a fantastic job reading the presidential proclamation," JROTC instructor CDR (ret.) Doug Groters said.
