Auditions Held Monday and Tuesday For ‘The Christmas Express’
Orland Park Theatre Troupe is holding auditions for 'The Christmas Express' Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 8 and Oct. 9.

ORLAND PARK, IL -- The Orland Park Theatre Troupe invites actors and actresses age 8 and up to audition for the troupe’s upcoming holiday show “The Christmas Express” Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 8 and Oct. 9, from 7 to 10 p.m. both evenings. Auditions will take place at the Orland Park Cultural Center, 14760 Park Lane.
Pat Cook’s “Christmas Express” is full of puns, one-liners, funny situations and nutty characters set in the town of Holly, which is sorely in need of some Christmas spirit. A stranger comes to town bringing surprises, and ultimately, hope to one and all.
Auditioners should come prepared to read from the script. If cast, there is a $35 fee. Rehearsals start Oct. 14 and will be held Sundays from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. and from 7 to 10 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays.
