Grandson Gets Grabby With Alden Estates Rehab Employee: Cops
The grabby grandson was already ordered to stay away for supposedly stealing a cell phone, police said.

An Orland Park man supposedly at Alden Estates rehab center to see his grandma instead took a special interest in a young woman working there and grabbed her near the buttocks in a bid to win her affections, police said.
An Alden Estates manager called the cops on Miguel Ochoa, 29, and told them he got grabby with a 22-year-old employee, police said, relaying how he “pinched her leg and was speaking to her in a way that made her very uncomfortable.”
“Miguel was at the facility visiting his grandmother even though he had been told not to come back after an incident where he was accused of stealing a cell phone,” according to a police report which said Ochoa had been issued a no-trespassing notice.

An officer reportedly spoke to the employee, and she told him that a couple days earlier, Ochoa asked “for her phone number and said the two of them should ‘go into a closet,’” police said. “Miguel also pulled the zipper on (her) shirt down slightly during that interaction.”
The worker alerted her bosses but chose not to call the cops that day “because she was just hoping she would not see Miguel again,” police said.

But Ochoa returned two days later, walked up to the young woman and “pinched her leg near her buttocks as a greeting,” police said. “Miguel then got very close to (her) as he began talking to her, which made (her) uncomfortable.”
The woman was reportedly able to escape Ochoa and again told her bosses about him. This time, they called the law and an officer arrived to find Ochoa in an entertainment room with his grandmother.
When questioned, Ochoa recalled “the incident with the cell phone, but did not remember receiving a trespass warning,” police said. He also reportedly denied touching any of the women working at Alden Estates.
Ochoa was arrested and charged with trespassing, and while at the police lockup he reportedly complained of chest pains. An ambulance was called but Ochoa turned down a trip to the hospital. He was released after he posted bond.
