Markham Man Badgered Young Women and Solicited Sex Act: Cops
The women were just driving through Orland Park when the man followed and harassed them, police said.

A Markham man followed two young women around Orland Park and badgered them for a sex act.
The women, ages 24 and 22, reportedly told police they were riding around and minding their own business when they noticed a driver keeping up alongside and looking over at them.
The driver, later identified as 31-year-old Juan Delgadillo, followed the women around town and when they reached a traffic light motioned for the 22-year-old passenger to roll down her window, police said.

The women “asked what he wanted and he replied, ‘Pull over, I need help,’” police said.
The 24-year-old driver reportedly told police “that she was ‘creeped out’ by this male and did not want to stop,” but Delgadillo continued tailing them into Wedgewood Estates Park and pulled into a spot next to them.

The driver “asked what the male wanted,” police said. “He stated, ‘I need help with something.’ (She) asked what he needed help with. The male stated, ‘I need help for like five minutes. I need a handjob.’”
The driver told Delgadillo “no and that they were not those types of girls,” police said. “The male replied ‘I will pay you.’ (She) stated that she told the male that she is calling the police. The male stated, ‘Don’t call the police. I just want to talk about it.’ He then asked them to get into his vehicle.”
The women pulled away but jotted down Delgadillo’s license plate number first, police said. They reportedly told police that Delgadillo’s “eyes were big and round and very ‘puffy’” and picked him out of a six-photo lineup.
The police contacted Delgadillo and he surrendered to officers at the station. He was charged with soliciting a sex act and released on $10,000 bond.
