DUI, Credit Card Fraud, Domestic Battery: Oswego Blotter
Arrests and reports occurred between March 18 and March 23.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
March 18
Yuliana Martinez-Avila, 28, of the 2200 block of Beresford Drive in Yorkville, was charged with driving under the influence. The arrest occurred at Concord and Tuscany Trail.
March 19
Police took a report of a woman who said someone filed her taxes without her permission.
Kyle D. Olsen, 25, of the 0-100 block of Circle Drive East, was charged with driving under the influence, disobeying a stop sign and improper lane usage. The arrest occurred at Old Post and Pearces Ford.
March 20
Bruce D. Gouldsberry, 63, of the 200 block of Stillwater Ct., was charged with two counts of domestic battery. The arrest occurred at his home.
March 21
Luis Nunez-Guardado, 26, of the 1000 block of Allaire in Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and no driver’s license.
March 22
Police investigated an unlawful use of a credit card.
March 23
Victim reported her wallet was stolen and her credit card was used.
