FLASH Martial Arts Opens in Oswego

Award winning instructor, with over 20 years of experience, takes Kung Fu and Extreme Martial Arts to another level. 

At FLASH we have a variety of class opportunities for Junior Rangers (41/2-7), Youth (8-12), and Teen/Adult (13 & Up).  Our classes range from basic developmental and social skills, dynamic techniques, drills, exercises, sparring, weapons, and XMA (extreme martial arts).
