Oswego Cops Make Special Delivery After Arresting Pizza Delivery Worker

When Oswego police stopped a vehicle and arrested its two occupants, they found something unexpected in the vehicle.

Police said the two males were arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. One of the subjects let police know he had been on his way to deliver a pizza when the vehicle was stopped at Chicago and Garfield, according to cops.

“Seeing that the large pizza sitting in the passenger seat had no means of reaching its destination, an officer delivered the pizza to the specified address on the receipt attached,” Oswego police reported on Sunday. “A confused resident accepted the pizza, and was very glad that the police were there to deliver the pizza, rather than talk to them. ”
