Palatine Stables, a facility of the Palatine Park District, is hosting a free Open House event on Sunday, June 10 from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The Open House will be held at the stables, located at 1510 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.
Activities at the Open House will include free pony rides, free tours of the stables, and free riding demonstrations by members of the Palatine Stables Show Team.
The Open House will also offer attendees the opportunity to learn more about the Show Team and lesson programs held at the stables. Palatine Stables offers safety oriented programs that focus on all areas of horsemanship. The variety of well trained school horses can accommodate all levels of riding, from introductory through the advanced hunter-jumper levels.
