• 2 Charged After Officers Punched, Kicked, Spat On: Palatine Police (patch.com) — Palatine residents are facing multiple felony charges after police say officers were punched, kicked and spat on while responding to a disturbance on East Osage Lane. The confrontation left officers and both suspects with minor injuries and led to several aggravated battery and assault counts, with upcoming court dates set at the Rolling Meadows courthouse.
