Two New Stores Coming to Woodfield This Spring

Vera Bradley and BoxLunch will open at the mall in coming months.

SCHAUMBURG, IL - Two new retailers will be opening at Woofield Mall this spring, mall officials said this week.

Vera Bradley, a leading luggage, travel and accessory designer, is slated to open on April 1 on the upper level of Woodfield Mall near Pandora in the JCpenney wing. The store will carry handbags in fabrics, including luxurious leather, water-repellent poly twill and classic quilted cotton, and specialty items such as jewelry and travel accessories, in a variety of playful patterns, according to a Woodfield Mall press release.

Another store, BoxLunch, will open its first Illinois location at Woodfield Mall this spring. The store will also be located on the upper level in the JcPenney wing near Charlotte Russe. The store is described as a “civic-minded web and brick and mortar-based specialty retailer” that offers a “ a curated collection of licensed and non-licensed merchandise,” according to the Woodfield Mall news release.

“With every $10 spent on the retailer’s pop culture-themed product offering of apparel, accessories and home goods as well as gift, novelty and collectibles items, BoxLunch will help provide a meal to a person in need through its partnership with Feeding America,” according to the news release.

Other stores and eateries to open recently at the mall include: Altar’d State, Kinfork, Zara, and Timberland.
