Twenty-first Star Chapter NSDAR Genealogy Workshop

A Genealogy Workshop sponsored by the Twenty-first Star Chapter DAR will be held on Sat. October 3 at the Park Ridge Library.

A Genealogy Workshop, sponsored by the Twenty-first Star Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on the third floor of the Park Ridge Library located at 20 S. Prospect Avenue across the street from the Pickwick Theater. Attendees will have the opportunity to work with one of the members on our lineage research team and receive assistance with application papers. This workshop is for women who are interested in joining the NSDAR. Please bring along all your records and information. We will have reference books available for your use. If you have any questions regarding this Workshop, please contact Dorothy Wilson at (847) 328-6946 for further details. Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal decent from a patriot of the American Revolution, is eligible for membership. The NSDAR recognizes "Patriots: as not only soldiers but also anyone who contributed to the cause of American freedom."
