70 D202 High School Musicians To Perform In Honor Band Festival

PLAINFIELD, IL — Seventy musicians from Plainfield School District 202 are heading to Oswego Feb. 21 to perform in an honor band festival, officials announced.

This year, the Southwest Prairie Conference Honor Band Festival will be held at Oswego High School, 4250 Route 71.

Students from all four District 202 high schools are going to participate in rehearsals during the day before performing in the free concert at 7 p.m. The event features two bands: one comprised of freshmen and sophomores and the other of juniors and seniors.
