Donald J. Cullotta, born October 2, 1972, from Plainfield, Illinois was called to heaven on September 10, 2022. Donald is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Ashley; his best friend & brother, Manual (Xzos) and his children with paws, Lily and Blaacky. He was preceded in death by his mother, Grace F. Cullotta. Don enjoyed countless hobbies through which he became longtime friends with many across the world, he was known to most as Blaack Widow leader of D.I., and his excitement riding motorcycles or racing his corvette.
An interment of ashes to be held Friday, October 14th, 2022, at 10:30am, Queen of Heaven Cemetery Chapel, 1400 S. Wolf Road, Hillside.
