Plainfield Culver's To Reopen After Remodeling

The Route 59 restaurant closed Sunday to be "reimaged" and will reopen on Friday.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Known for its butter burgers and frozen custard, the Plainfield Culver's restaurant, 13449 S. Route 59, has temporarily closed for remodeling. The eatery, which opened in 2003, closed Sunday afternoon and is slated to reopen at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 9.

"Guests can expect to find a warmer, more inviting atmosphere and an improved dining experience upon completion," according to a press release from Culver's. The timeline for the remodeling is subject to weather and other construction factors.

"Culver’s was founded on the idea of providing excellent service and high-quality food made with the best ingredients," said owner Eric McCroskey. "We take great pride in our 'service with a smile’ philosophy and we extend that to our dining room experience. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with your family or celebrating a team win, we want you to have the best dining experience possible with Culver’s."
