Trash Pickup Delay Due To Snowstorm: Waste Management
Friday pickup may be delayed on day as the area is inundated with snow.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Trash and recycling pickup for Waste Management for those who have Friday service will be delayed one day thanks to a snowstorm expected to dump 10 to 15 inches on Illinois and northwest Indiana Thursday night and Friday. The message from Waste Management appears to contradict an earlier alert from nearby Romeovillethat Friday trash pickup would begin an hour earlier than normal.
"Due to the anticipated inclement weather conditions beginning overnight Thursday 2/8/18 you may experience a one day delay in your RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL Friday service," Waste Management said in an alert. All pickup will be completed by the end of the day Saturday.
