MICHELLE'S COACHING PHILOSOPHY
For 20 years Michelle supported various small businesses, non-profit organizations, day cares and private schools with their strategies and processes to obtain and retain more customers. She helped them double their clientele and triple their annual revenue. But working for someone else while also trying to balance being a wife and mother isn’t easy, so she became an entrepreneur and founded Z&B Consulting in 2013. Family is very important to her — so much so that she named her company after her sons Zach and Ben.
By founding her own business, she was able to achieve a work/life balance through working smarter, not just harder. Implementing the relationship building strategies she'd mastered during her career enabled her to obtain the money AND time to enjoy the things she loves with the people she loves. It is her personal mission to help her clients do the same.
