Remaining 71 Homes In Renwick Place Subdivision To Be Completed

The completion of the Romeoville subdivision will be celebrated at a model home that went up on Helen Drive.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A ribbon cutting will be held Oct. 9 to celebrate the buildout of the remaining 71 lots in the Renwick Place subdivision near I-55. Homebuilder D.R. Horton announced Wednesday that it will come in to complete the construction.

“The sure sign of a growing community is new homes,” stated Mayor John Noak. “Having D.R. Horton coming in to finish this project shows there’s a demand for Romeoville houses.”

The village entered into a development agreement with William Ryan Homes, Inc., in 2014 to build 167 residential lots in the former Stone Bluff subdivision.
