Romeoville Arrests: Resisting Arrest, Burglary, Trespassing

Here's a list of Romeoville residents who've recently been charged with a crime and booked into the Will County Detention Center.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - The Will County Sheriff's Office has released its latest batch of arrests and criminal charges. The arrests are made public as part of the department's daily incident and arrests report.

Police report information is provided by local law enforcement agencies, and charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

The individuals listed below were booked into the jail within the last 36 hours.

Victor Gonzalez, 28, of Romeoville

Gonzalez was arrested on Monday and booked into the jail and placed on a temporary hold for Dupage County. Past charges include fleeing from police, resisting arrest, disregarding a stop sign, speeding and driving with a suspended license. The Romeoville Police Department was the arresting agency.

Bernardo Leonardo, 48, of Romeoville

Leonardo was booked into the jail on Tuesday shortly after 11 a.m. His new charges aren't currently listed at this time. Past charges include burglary, trespassing, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Raul Negron, 22, of Romeoville

Negron was booked into the jail on Monday at 11:04 p.m. and placed on a temporary hold for Palos Hills. The Romeoville Police Department was the arresting agency. Past charges include speeding and possession of cannabis.
