Touch-A-Truck, Activities For Kids At Public Works Open House

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Celebrate Public Works Week in Romeoville on May 20 with an open house at the Public Works Department, 615 Anderson Drive.

The free event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, according to the Village website. Visitors will receive an activity book, and the recreation department will also have kids activities.

Attendees will be able to check out and touch a variety of equipment from public works, like snow plows, end loaders and grass mowers, and Romeoville Police, Fire and the Emergency Management Agency will also have equipment available.
